Basket rentals
The City of Lacey will rent baskets for Cuoio (Terms slightly modified). They pay on a monthly basis.

Old business
Replacement locks at WCP - Lowe’s is willing to donate 32 locks. Need to check if they are the same key.
Trailer Repair - Mark is waiting for the weather to get better. Will take it in for repair since some heavy equipment is being borrowed, making it easier to unload and transport.
New business
Request for tournament supplies - Needs for Ragnar Rip - Jeff needs 2 tables. Payment can be due after the tournament.
Multi-use in WCP holes 10-14 (Cricket) - Mark message Justin Beard (Parks). In the interest of safety, Justin will get back to us about what kinds of options we have to share the space or move them to another area.
Cuoio Update - We’re still waiting on the green light from the Parks Dept. The last update said it could be any day now. Contractors have to sign off on their phase 1 checklist before we are allowed into the area.
Hole 17 Evergreen Basket - Mark got an email this morning that Mach Vs are back in stock and Mark emailed Bryce Winkleman. They will order a new basket.

BYOP Dubs 2026 South Sound Classic Fundraiser - ~$600 raised for SSC.
Bag Tag League - 7 new members. 13 people played in the first event. Tags are for sale, Rick is usually at the course everyday around 1pm. Also Friday Dubs.
Upcoming Events
The Ragnar Rip - Apr 25-26 - B Tier, at least $1000 added cash (Thank you Oly Orthopedics). 51 people signed up currently. Josh will be asst. TD. Randall will assist too. Jax’s dogs will be there. $70 entry fee due to greens fees. Fundraiser discs (Innova) are available for sale at $25. Player’s packs are assembled, discs, koozies, and more.

2026 South Sound Classic - July 31 - Aug 2 - Fri Delphi, Sat Shelton, Sun Evergreen. Dips is doing scrip and vending. 73 players registered. It’s a DGPT Qualifying event and a player can potentially get a card for next year.
Senior Games - June 27 Woodland Creek. Thank you Rick! Registration is up on DGS.
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Thurston County Tournament - May 2, fundraiser tournament at WCP. 1 round, registration on Disc Golf Scene. Starts at 9am, set up will be at 7am. Any financial assistance from the community would be welcome. Please help spread the word to make the tournament successful. Packex has donated discs.
Trilogy Challenge - Aug 22 St Martin’s. Mark will be running.
Course Updates and ongoing work
Woodland Creek
A whole tree on hole 7 was taken down by someone. John’s hole 9 tee pad needs work. Rick wants to turn 14 into an official island instead of relying on the buried bricks for the boundary.
Delphi
Jeff is going to do some trimming and will work with the grounds crew to help fix up some teepads.
Evergreen State college
Looking pretty good. Mark will talk to Bryce to get permission to landscape around hole 1 to replace the border. Need to get flying disc signs. We will put in an order with Mason County. Motion made to allocate funds for paying for these signs. Motion passes.
St. Martin’s
Needs new tee signs.
Cuoio Park
Stated above
