State of doubles at Evergreen
David Hyde has taken it over, thank you David! John said he might be able to handle some until team golf.
Turf tee pad harvesting
60+ teepads harvested. Costed about ~$16 per pad. Team golf paid for it all. Little less than $1000 for the machines that ran for 12-13 hours each day over the weekend.

Tony Benjamins donated $200, Lance (Longnecker) donated $150. Mark to reach out to Tipsy Whale and Puget Sound Taps.
We’re going to run with 9 (1 backup) people. A week before, figure out who is going to be there and who isn’t.
Lost and found
John has been picking up discs at the boxes and been personally calling people. He wants to vote on holding the discs for 60 days and sell them once that date has passed, to raise funds for the club. Motion passes.
2024 Events
Saturday Mornings at Evergreen updates
$650 raised for 2 b-tiers next year. John pleasantly surprised how much money was raised.
2025 Events
South Sound Invitational - March 15, on DGS soon to be sanctioned
Windfall Masters Cup - TBD, should be a part of Disc Golf Masters Tour
South Sound Classic - July 18-20. Mark needs to book with Delphi and Evergreen.. Shelton is booked.
Woodland Creek Classic - Sept 27-28.
John will be running 2 events at Delphi. April 20-21, Sept 20-21.
Course Updates and ongoing work
Woodland Creek
GPD took a chainsaw to clean up the tree on hole 4.
Delphi
John moved the basket on hole 16 behind the stump. Tee sign is ordered and will be picked up when it’s finished.
Evergreen State college
Rates went up to $200/day at Evergreen. They want money up front as well and will provide an invoice upon signing the contract. We need to have a discussion with them about maintaining amenities since they have been lacking in previous events.
Hole 16, a third of a tree fell down. Should be cut up and moved, especially before the team golf event.
Evergreen Sportsmen's Club
