Basket rentals
The City of Lacey will rent baskets for Cuoio (Terms slightly modified). They pay on a monthly basis.

Trailer Repair
Contacted Martin Way Trailer to seal it up professionally. $150/hr for labor, could be between $300-$700 depending on time it takes. Motion passes to spend the money to get it repaired.
Weekly WCP dubs start up
John McCarty ran it last year. If he doesn’t then Greg Brooks will run it. Daylight savings is next Sunday. Proposed to start on the 13th of March. 5:00pm.
Cuoio Update
We’re waiting for the contractor to sign off so we can go out there to work. 15 baskets out there currently chained to trees. Mark will walk the course soon to check on baskets. Turf tee pads are taken out. First work party will be a small crew with excavators. Official grand opening of the park itself is in July. Last update was supposed to be end of February, so still just waiting on contractor. We no longer need to track volunteer hours because we are sub contractors.
Future long term relationship with Delphi
$2000 was charged for a single day event at Delphi in the summer. Relationship is getting tenuous and more money is being asked. 100% increase YOY on team golf fees. Delphi is working on defining tournament fees to be more transparent with pricing. Hopefully that will help with determining if we run events out there. We will keep an eye on how the pricing will look for next year and decide then.

BYOP Dubs 2026 South Sound Classic Fundraiser - Mar 15 - GPD will bring extra baskets, 7 teams signed up for now. First round is best shot, second round is alternate shot.
The Ragnar Rip - Apr 25-26 - B Tier, at least $1000 added cash (Thank you Oly Orthpedics). 18 people signed up currently. Josh will be asst TD. Jax’s dogs will be there. $70 entry fee due to greens fees.

- Apr 4 Woodland Creek park - $10 to play will include the tag price. TBD price going forward on tags.

2026 South Sound Classic - July 31 - Aug 2 - Fri Delphi, Sat Shelton, Sun Evergreen. Dips is doing scrip and vending. It’s a DGPT Qualifying event and potentially get a card for next year.
Course Updates and ongoing work
Woodland Creek
Looks good. There are still logs on hole 8 from the tree they took down. We may potentially use them for the course. A brick was ripped up on the island. Greg replaced it to the best of his ability, but unsure if it is good enough.
Delphi
Replacement basket is being purchased for hole 5. More long term plan for drainage on hole 7 in development. Several trees were removed from 12/13. Jeff will attempt to regrade the tee pads.

Evergreen State college
A whole chain missing on hole 8. People have been taken care of fallen trees as they come down. Lots of trees going to come down. Dave is going to try and take on as the liason for Evergreen. Mark is going to rebuild the island border on hole 1 for the SSC.
