   1. Top Rung beer fundraiser
      1. We have a new representative
      2. Tomorrow is committee meeting with the golf course to approve updated plans
      3. Lucas has not gotten back to us
   2. Glow golf at WCP
      1. 1 more week, averaging 8-13 people, will continue in the fall.
   3. 2024 Club Discs
      1. They took our money, should show up in a week or two.
      2. We got minis, first time with a bottlecap on a mini.
   4. Putting league
      1. Still going, averaging 4-5 people a week.
3. New business
   1. Dubs money split
      1. Due to recent events, we strongly encourage ace pot and CTPs to be split. Doubles are for a good time, give people a good time.
      2. Pros being split up in random draws can help in larger groups.
   2. Bag tags
      1. Dates are posted.
      2. Tags will be made, point system will be in effect.
      3. Points system is TBD, but will be figured out soon. We want to try to make it more fair for everyone.
      4. Rob has tags ordered, costs will come out of fees.
      5. Steilicoom is TBD, depending on if it’s charged.
      6. April 6 is the first event at WCP.
   3. Doubles help
      1. We have 3 new people to help. We want to split up doubles duty so that people aren’t obligated every week to run it. We will let them run it until they give us a reason to not trust them.
      2. Trying to keep it consistently scheduled so that there isn’t a missing day.
4. 2024 Events
   1. Packex Disc Golf South Sound Classic - July 19-21 A Tier
      1. 137 players registered.
      2. Mark has signed an MOU with DD to get a popup and feather banners for the event.
   2. Oduses
      1. No additional updates, spring is full.
   3. Windfall Masters - June 15, 16.
      1. Registration is open, 53 people are signed up so far.
      2. A few foreigners, e.g. Florida, have signed up.
      3. Dirty Birdie is a sponsor with a great player’s pack.

   4. SPSDGA Invitational March 23
      1. 32 whole people.
      2. Dave helped paint OB, thanks Dave!
      3. Doubles will still happen on Sunday, 12 teams.
   5. Woodland Creek Classic
      1. No updates, in the fall.
      2. Bridge update - no updates on the bridge.
   6. Early morning at evergreen
      1. Averaging 16, sometimes over 20.
      2. Thanks Tim for assisting.
      3. Might condense tee times so people aren’t waiting around.
      4. 3 weeks left, 3 weeks needed to qualify.
5. Course Updates and ongoing work 
   1. Woodland Creek
      1. Everything is good. Trees between 1 & 9 could use a haircut.
      2. Path from 7 to 8 could use some help.
   2. Delphi
      1. T Mobile tower is in the works, 6 months timeframe.
      2. Drain is found, need to figure out a plan to divert water.
   3. Evergreen State college
      1. Some trees are down, hole 10, 13, 14. Rob might be able to handle
      2. Lost and Found will go in on Easter
   4. Evergreen Sportsman’s Club
      1. Need to find a day on a weekend. Need to level some tee pads.
   5. Cuoio Park
      1. See you in February.
      2. 107 acres for sale next to Cuoio, who wants to buy it?
      3. Dave is offering to buy it.
6. Basket rentals
   1. No new news, Josh Larson is still a possibility.
7. New Disc Golf Course Leads
   1. 107 acres for sale near Cuoio
   2. Schaefer park in Chehalis, will make a walk through tomorrow. Has potential to be a blue level course, Jerry needs help planning.
