1. Membership
   1. 2023 - 146 (No change), 6 for 2024 through WCC
   2. 2024 opened 10/1/2023
2. Old business
   1. SPS Disc Golfers FB group
      1. Josh has admin access. Has added some extra measures to prevent spam.
      2. Did not need to create a new group.
   2. Intro to disc golf thru Lacey Senior Center starting in September
      1. GPD is absent, no updates
   3. Bees
      1. Not as bad as last year, season is over.
   4. Fundraiser for TCI
      1. Delphi is on board.
      2. Contacted Chandler to put the idea out to pros.
      3. Reached out to Marion to follow up about loose details.
      4. DGPT schedule not in Shelton, need to figure out if plausible.
3. 2023 Events
   1. Woodland Creek Classic
      1. Event was a success.
      2. 96 people over 2 days
      3. Best weather for a WCC in years.
      4. Mark is absent.
   2. Odus Fall Open
      1. It happened, it was great.
      2. Making plans to do it again next.
4. New business
   1. Quack of dawn
      1. Starts Sat. Oct 6
      2. Tim Sharp is assisting
   2. Bag tag finals
      1. Finals scheduled Oct 21
      2. Rob will devote more effort into next year.
      3. Interest has been slow this year, will figure out how to make it better next year.
      4. Possibly add handicap feature to next year’s league.
   3. Elections
      1. All positions are eligible
      2. All current board members have already been nominated.
      3. Vote will happen next board meeting in November (tbd).
      4. Jeremy Yuse nominated for At-Large
      5. Rob and Josh will switch positions.
5. 2024 Events
   1. SSC - A Tier - Tentatively July 19-21
      1. Mark is committed to doing this as an A tier
   2. John will not be doing any A tiers

      2. Windfall Masters - Possibly in May
6. Course Updates and ongoing work 
   1. Woodland Creek
      1. Hole 7 needs to be trimmed up by the green, big tree encroaching the  basket.
      2. Driving range, spend a day trimming the blackberries back a little.
   2. Delphi
      1. Hole 7 could be trimmed on the green.
      2. Josh follow up about hole 7 green water.
   3. Evergreen State college
      1. No updates, playing well
   4. Evergreen Sportsman’s Club
      1. Work party Oct 29th.
         1. Need as many bodies as possible
         2. Plan to get a bobcat with attachment possibly.
         3. Lots of weed growth, need people to cut that.
         4. Need 3-4 people to help with gravel for tee pads.
   5. Cuoio Park
      1. No updates
   6. Basket rentals

7. New Disc Golf Course Leads
   1. Washington Middle school (Olympia) arts teacher
      1. Disc golfer, making golf towels for Packex.
      2. Have the ability to make anything with 3d printer, etc.
