    1. Top Rung beer fundraiser
      1. No contact for a little while.
      2. Delphi did not agree to do half of it.
      3. Jeff asked to host the beer sales instead of Delphi.

      4. Mark suggested going in with Mason County DGC since Delphi isn’t interested.
    2. 2024 Club Discs
      1. More than half left.
      2. PackEx has most of them, Mark has a good amount.
      3. Jules offered to take a stack to sell at putting league.
    3. Putting league
      1. Still going, averaging 5 people a week.
      2. The event is going with the flow, ranging from stations, to putting games like H-O-R-S-E.
    4. Bag tags
      1. This Saturday at Evergreen is the next event.
    5. Odus Spring recap
      1. Went great, gave a lot of money to Carter.

    1. Packex Disc Golf South Sound Classic - July 19-21 A Tier
      1. 181/208 players registered. 9 waitlist
      2. Mark has signed an MOU with DD to get a popup and feather banners for the event.
      3. Jeff is getting artwork to Mark first week of June.
      4. Delphi hole 12,13 will probably need to be trimmed before the tournament.
    2. Windfall Masters - June 15, 16.
      1. Registration is open, 102 people are signed up so far. 70 are AMs
      2. A few foreigners, e.g. Florida, have signed up.
      3. Dirty Birdie is a sponsor with a great player’s pack.

    3. Woodland Creek Classic
      1. Bridge update -  no update
      2. Rick talked to a Parks guy, said they don’t have money.
      3. Still tentatively scheduled for Sept
    4. Doubles at Delphi
      1. Sat morning at 9 is proposed.
      2. Only need to reserve 15-30 mins of tee times with an average of 10-15 people.
      3. Wanting to propose green fees at $5 instead of 10. Would be average of $50 for half an hour of tee times.
      4. Josh will talk to Delphi to pitch the idea.
      5. Planned to be year long except for Quack of dawn.
    5. Senior games at WCP
      1. Rick is running it.
      2. The event will stay on the disc golf side of the creek.
      3. Rick is waiting to hear from Justin.
      4. Special layout from Rick.

  5. Course Updates and ongoing work 
    1. Woodland Creek
      1. Hole 2 drainage - Jules wants to take rock in between 1 and 2 instead of bark. John will talk with Parks to see if there are any concerns.
      2. Thanks Rick for all the hard work on the course.
      3. Trees in between 1 and 9 need help and are ongoing maintenance.
      4. More wood chips are needed.
    2. Delphi
      1. Ball golf green on hole 5
      2. Cell tower is still planned to be expanded a little. No word on when yet.
      3. Some wood piles that need to be handled
    3. Evergreen State college
      1. L&F - Thanks Rob!
        1. The box needs work. It can be reached in by hand to grab discs.
        2. Tacoma prison has an old library return box that can be used as L&F, we just need to write a receipt for tax write off.
