   4. Bag Tag Update
      1. Went well, finale went well.  Everyone got to play in the final, and two rounds with special layout at Woodland
      2. Lots of money and prizes for the participants
      3. Wesley took dub for the finals
      4. Next year is no bag tags, only points league, and the website will be used to score everything for points league

         2. Membership will open for the rest of SPSDGA at 8 pm this evening
         3. You will get a permanent number for the rest of your life no matter if you renew

   6. Purchasing Equipment for SPSDGA
      1. Big projects are in the near future, proposal to purchase one more brush hog weed waker

      2. Projects that are on the horizon are Evergreen Sportsmans, and Couio
   7. Evergreen Sportsmans Club
      1. Ben Philips will be looking into viability of the course with a big excavator
         1. See what is possible and to make an immediate impact we will need large machinery out there

      1. 300 ft driving range sleeve needs fixed
      2. Hole 6 trees, sharp wooden stakes are in the ground still.  Club will take it all out soon

      1. Improvement on a few tee pads because grass is growing through them
      2. Gravel by hole 1 for shelter

      1. Slab put in at hole 10 for port potty
