Disc Golf For Seniors

Register for the Disc Golf for Seniors spring session from March 17th through May 19th, taught by a senior games state champion.  Registration can be done through the City of Lacey Parks and Recreation department.  Cost is $40 for each student and they will receive a putter and a midrange.  Spring session is every tuesday from 2:00-3:15 pm at the RAC in Lacey.

Disc golf is fun, inexpensive and social sport that can be played year round.  Some of the course are quite beautiful and there is something magical about watching a disc slowly s-turn in its flight.  The class size is small allowing individual coaching of all skill levels from beginner to casual to tournament players.  Focus will be on putting, the main throws, and a series of getting out of trouble throws.  Fairway strategy and the mental game will be discussed.  The class is taught by a senior games state champion.
